The below terms and conditions apply to all orders made to Copenhagen Luxe using our webshop!

The terms apply in the case og no other written agreement between you and Copenhagen Luxe.
The delivery of an order is when the parcel is in the care of the client, that being when it is handed over by the courier to the client, or whom ever recieves the parcel at the given adress (the couriers terms of signature will apply here) 

The purchase:

Once you put down the order on the Copenhagen Luxe webshop, the order will go into our handling, the purchase is not guaranteed untill you recieve an email that notify, that the order is in process. Copenhagen Luxe does not withdraw the money fro your creditcard untill the order is ready for shipment. Copenhagen Luxe cannot withdraw ore money from your card, than you have agreed to when putting down the order. Payment is due when you put down the order, you can pay by any mayor creditcards. All prices are in Euro and are included the local taxes for Denmark and the EU. Copenhagen Luxe always provides a full 14 days return, counting from the day you recieve the packages. The 14 days return are compliant with the online trade regulations within the EU.

DELIVERY:

Delivery is provided by GLS or their partner in the country where the delivery is to be made. Orders within Denmark are delivered within 1-2 days, in the regular business days. Alle orders put down before 12.00 am will, as far as possible, be shipped on the same day.

All parcels within Denmark have delivery free of charge. Orders with EU have a freight cost of 50,- DKK (approx 7 euros) All orders outside the EU have a freight cost of 100,- DKK (approx 15 euros).

Delivery within the EU is estimated to 3-5 days, and outside the EU approximately 5-10 days. As a default all orders are shipped with the economy delivery provided by GLS and GLS partners in the recieving country. The customer will recieve an email after the shipment has been sent from our office, providing the tracking number of the parcel.

RISK/RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS:

The responsibility of the goods bought at Copenhagen Luxe will pass over to the customer by the time of recieving the parcel. Complaints, defects og missing parts at the delivery must be notified Copenhagen Luxe at once. It is the customers responsibility to provide Copenhagen Luxe with proof of the defects, hereby for example pictures.

RETURNS:

There are 14 days ful return on any purchase made from Copenhagen Luxe, the period of 14 days starts on the recieving day of the order, and the order must be post stamped as 'send' on the 14. th day from recieving date. All return costs must be covered by the client.

The customer must return in the same state as revieved, with all original hangtags and other wrapping. It is off course possible for the customer to try on the garments, but if there is any trace of use, the return will not be accepted.

Reservations are made for typos, price changes, changes in taxes, changes in exchange rates og sold out items. Stock errors can occur and we cannot guarantee a purchase.

PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION:

The inforation you provide when plcing an order at Copenhagen Luxe are only made for the order delivery purpose, Copenhagen Luxe will not send you emails unless you actively agree to recieving our newsletter. Your personal data will not be shared with any 3 rd part. According to the danish law on registration of personal data, you can at any given time claim to have a print of what data we have registed on you.
